Ms. West was taken to the hospital after being checked in to the county jail. Her lawyer, Fred Conrad, was shocked and couldn't believe what he saw. He and West are planning to sue.

Oh wait, it says here, you didn't show up to court when you were supposed to, and you were driving without your license, plus, it was suspended at that, [shaking my head]. And you know what happens when you don't show up to court? You get a warrant for your arrest. See, Bruh man, you need to get it together. You need to do like DMX is doing. Get your behind on this fake ass Dr. shows and see if they got what it takes to help you. Cause right now, you is looking real bad.

Do you remember what you did on this day [9-11] in 2001?
Where was i on this day? I was at home in bed watching tv, forgets what program i was watching, but it was a casual day, nothing special going on. My kids was at school at the time and I can't remember if I was scheduled off from work that day or if I went or not. After all, it was a long time ago.
But what I do remember is my emotions and how it escalated when the breaking news interrupted my program. The news was broadcasting something about New York and I was feeling like, 'okay what's so important in New York to interrupt my show?' Angrily, I started looking for the remote to change the channel to something else. Just as I was about to change the channel, shockingly and surprised, I glanced up to see all kinds of people screaming, running, crying, pointing at the sky, covered in thick black grey ashes. News Reporters, panicking with fear, were running around trying to get every horror scene possible to show the world. I actually thought this was movie being made or something done behind the scene. But no, they was actually showing bodies laying everywhere, babies screaming, building falling down on people, people crying and hollering about where that their loved ones were missing. I could've sworn it was movie, and my eyes stayed glued to the tv.
At that point, my emotion had went from being frustrated to being concerned, devastated, hurt and confused. I didn't know what to do. My thoughts was racing a mile away. I couldn't believe this was really going on. I really couldn't get myself together. Then all of a sudden, I started crying. What else could I do? I was shocked, mad, confused, and terrified. It was devastating to see the people being hurt. How dare these monsters hurt them like that!! I better stop before I get emotional. To anybody that's reading this, do anyone remember what they did in 9-11-2001?

Red Lobster employee suspended after posting racist receipt online - Salon.com
This young african american lady showed the receipt to her manager, who told her she was innocent and did not deserve the abuse. However, the restaurant suspended her on full pay after she posted the bill on her Facebook profile.
Remind you, this is Texas,...Home of the Racists. It's bad enough they didn't tip her but yet left her a receipt with the N word written on it didn't make her day go any better either. I think she was treated unfairly and she was defenseless. I do understand that she was wrong for posting this because it could lead others to steal these people's identity.
So tell me how could she have handled this. Was she really in the wrong for posting the receipt with the N' word scribbled on it? Should she quit this job and find another one? or sue them for wrongful suspension?
